Jennifer Wingenroth is the creative force behind jlr designs.  She has over 13 years experience designing and crafting jewelry pieces.  She is a native to Phoenix, Arizona, where she currently resides with her fiance and dogs, Vanilla Bean and Scrappers.  Aside from beading her hobbies include running, hiking, and pilates.
